Athletics
All students who plan to participate in tryouts for sanctioned sports at Couch Middle School must be approved through the RankOne app. In order to achieve approved status, parents must have a Georgia High School Association physical form (4 pages in length) completed by healthcare provider.
Once this is completed, the parent will need to create a RankOne account and upload the completed/signed physical document. Additional electronic forms are required to be completed following the upload.

Directions for creating a RankOne account
Tryouts are December 8-12, 2025. Practice begins January 20, 2026.
Students MUST have a completed physical uploaded into RANK ONE before the first day of tryouts.
All 4 pages of the form must be signed (2 pages signed by the parent and 2 pages signed by the
doctor). No exceptions.
Students in grades 6-8 MUST have passed 5 out of 6 subjects at the December checkpoint to play
in January.
Students and parents will be required to read, sign, and adhere to the Athlete Behavior Contract,
which outlines the high expectations for student-athletes representing Couch Middle School.
Fees associated with Soccer are $300 and are paid on My Payments Plus. Fees cover
transportation, fees for officials, the end-of-season banquet, and extra “Swag” gear. The fee must
be paid before receiving any gear. No student will be denied a uniform.
Practices will be determined by the coaches and communicated.
